Keep Contact, a Luxembourg-based press relations and public relations agency, has taken an important step in its development by equipping itself with Watson Explorer, a new tool from IBM; with this intelligent technology, Keep Contact is strengthening its range of services for information monitoring and processing.

Established in Luxembourg almost 10 years ago, the independent press relations and public relations agency has rolled out a range of high-added-value services in its different offerings. To further its excellence in client services, Keep Contact has announced that it is the first specialised communication company to work with Watson Explorer technology.

An intelligent tool

Developed by IBM, Watson Explorer is a cognitive technology, capable of processing structured and non-structured information. The programme will allow Keep Contact to provide greater insight into business intelligence topics. Watson Explorer builds upon these tasks, integrating the knowledge it gains through searches and retains the learnings for future tasks.
