Independent trust, fund and corporate services provider Crestbridge has announced that it has appointed Anke Jager as Director with a particular remit to lead and develop its Corporate Services division in Luxembourg, and has promoted Ludivine Nicolai to Director.

In her new role, Anke will take on responsibility for overseeing and continuing to grow Crestbridge’s business in Luxembourg that offers a broad range of corporate, administration and company secretarial services to global institutions including funds, fund managers, corporates and banks.

With over 12 years’ experience in Luxembourg’s financial services industry, Anke has extensive knowledge of the multi-jurisdictional company secretarial and corporate governance arena having sat on a number of company boards, and brings with her a wealth of legal, regulatory and leadership expertise.

Prior to joining Crestbridge, Anke worked at Aztec, a large corporate and fund administrator in Luxembourg where she was a member of the Board and played a pivotal role in building its fund and corporate administration business in the jurisdiction. A specialist in private equity, venture capital and fund of fund structures, Anke has also looked after the administration and corporate elements of a number of European infrastructure, real estate and debt structures.

A graduate from the University of Cologne, Germany, and speaker of four languages, Anke commented on her new role: “I am delighted to be joining Crestbridge, a firm that continues to pursue an impressive growth strategy. By drawing on the synergies between our international network of offices, we are well positioned to offer corporate clients a comprehensive and high-quality service and I am looking forward to playing a role in evolving our proposition further.”

Daniela Klasén-Martin, Managing Director and Country Head for Crestbridge’s operation in Luxembourg added: “Anke brings a significant amount of high level experience in international corporate structuring to Crestbridge, which will prove invaluable as we continue to cement our reputation for corporate services work in Luxembourg and across our network. As an organisation, we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge in an increasingly sophisticated legal and regulatory landscape, and Anke’s direction will be crucial in an area where we cite significant growth opportunities.”

Anke’s appointment comes at a time when the office continues to go from strength-to-strength with a number of appointments and key promotions, the most recent of which being the promotion of Ludivine Nicolai to Director.  Ludivine has been an integral part of the growth and success of the office over recent years and an instrumental part of the successful team with her particular experience in the risk management area.

Crestbridge’s Corporate Services teams support blue chip institutions with a broad range of complex transactions, including private placements, initial and other public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, domiciliation services and holding and disposal of assets. The multi-jurisdictional teams comprise lawyers, chartered accountants and chartered secretaries.
