Luxembourg's financial regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has announced that it has been informed by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the regulator in Spain, about the suspension of the financial instrument Abertis Infraestructuras 3,125% 19/03/2024 from trading on Mercado de Renta FIJA on 18 October 2017.
Therefore, the CSSF has required, in accordance with Article 9(3) of the Law of 13 July 2007 on markets in financial instruments, the suspension of the said financial instrument from trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with immediate effect until the market has been duly informed.
