Rgroup, a Luxembourg group specialising in computer networks, VoIP communication, Cloud and expert sourcing, has announced the acquisition of all shares of Systemat Professional Services, which becomes Rcube Professional Services, alongside Rcarré.
Following the acquisition of the majority of shares and the integration of Systemat PSF Luxembourg's assets in 2016, the Rcarré group (Rgroupe) has closed the merger ahead of schedule. The acquisition of the 45% stake still held by Systemat Belux will enable Rgroupe to strengthen its strategy in Luxembourg and the Greater Region around its two main subsidiaries.
The change of name of Agil-IT SA (under the trade name Systemat Professional Services) to Rcube Professional Services SA underlines the new dimension of the services that the group wishes to provide to its customers as well as its desire for constant progress.
Together with Rcarré, Rcube is the PSF support entity with the ambition of putting IT at the heart of business and serving the needs of its customers.

Rcube will be led by Rcarré's founder, Jean-Guy Roche, along with the management committee.
