Paul Thiltges Distributions (PTD) has announced that Tarquin Ramsay, a 22-year-old French director (of the documentary FREE SPEECH FEAR FREE) is to receive the FREE SPEECH AWARD 2017 on 6 December 2017 in Philadelphia.
The film FREE SPEECH FEAR FREE is sold internationally by PTD and is already distributed to cinemas in Germany (REAL FICTION, Cologne) and soon also in France (JUPITER FILMS). Tarquin Ramsay will soon be coming to Luxembourg (from 8-11 November) to attend a conference in Saarbrücken (Filmbildung trifft Politische Bildung / Projekte und Praxisbeispiele aus der Großregion und darüberhinaus) and present his film to the Achteinhalb cinema (in front of pupils and adults) with Joerg Altekruse and Paul Thiltges to answer questions.
Joerg Altekruse (ZEITFILM Hamburg), the co-producer of the film, will be in Luxembourg today and tomorrow to officially present his YOUTH4PLANET project to directors, teachers and pupils of several schools, including the Lycée Robert Schuman, in close collaboration with the MEN (Tom Muller), the Ministry of Economy (Vincent Hieff) and Technoport Belval / uni.lu (Olivier Zéphir).
