The National Dance Company of Ireland will be performing their celebrated dance spectacle Rhythm Of The Dance at the Trifolion in Echternach (2 Porte St. Willlibrord) on Saturday 20 January 2018 at 20:00.
Rhythm Of The Dance debuted in 1999 and has been seen by more than 5 million people in 51 countries worldwide. 2018 will see the dance company tour Germany, with a stop off in Luxembourg. From the end of December 2017 to the end of January 2018, the 22 dancers once again tap through selected German stages at breathtaking speed. With a new, rousing show and music programme, Rhythm of the Dance's success story continues.
The 2-hour show is must for all fans of tap dancing and of Ireland, blending ecstasy, romance, mystique, precision, grace and sport in a combination of a dance and light show with imaginative and elaborate costumes for an unforgettable event. The two-hour show combines the energy and passion of Irish and modern dance with beautiful, romantic dance scenes, mystical sounds with Irish rhythms and dance precision with sporting excellence - in combination with an elaborate light show and imaginative costumes is an unforgettable experience that gets under your skin and legs, guaranteed! In addition to the dance performances, the multi-member live band on stage immerses the audience in the Irish music culture. They mix a mix of traditional Irish melodies and beautiful pop ballads.
