On 29 November 2016, the LCGB and the OGBL signed a new collective agreement for APERAM employees.

Yesterday, the LCGB and the OGBL signed this agreement with APERAM, who is a world player in the stainless steel industry, for a period of two years.

The agreement encompasses the improvement of working conditions for employees of the Luxembourgish Rodange site.

This improvement will be seen in a linear increase, for instance of 1% in 2016 and 0.7% in 2017, a rise in the number of meal vouchers, and the recognition as a qualified employee after 10 years in the company.
