The University of Luxembourg will be hosting a conference entitled “The way out: Microhistories of flight from Nazi Germany” from 24-26 January 2018.

The three-day conference, organised by the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (C2DH), explores the escape of Jewish refugees from Germany in the 1930s with the help of individual and family stories.

The international conference will take place at the University of Luxembourg and the Centre de rencontre culturel Abbaye de Neumünster. It will be held in three languages, with simultaneous interpretation in French and German.

Registration should be done online at https://www.c2dh.uni.lu/fr/events/way-out-microhistories-flight-nazi-germany. The full conference programme is also available on this website.
