ING Luxembourg has been awarded “Best Wholesale Bank 2017” and has received an “Award for Excellence in Retail Banking” during the Finance Awards 2017 organised by "Wealth and Finance International".
ING Wholesale Banking has been awarded for the third time, after being elected "Best Commercial Bank Luxembourg" in 2014 by "the Global Banking & Finance Review" and "Best Corporate Bank - Luxembourg" during the Finance Awards 2015.
Aside from the Wholesale Banking services, the jury found Retail services to be of great importance. The services given to Retail clients and domestic businesses were found to have had a local positive economic impact for the region. From amongst the many aspects that enabled ING Luxembourg to stand out from the crowd, there is the fact that ING is not just a bank but a real financial partner which puts its customers at the heart of its operations.
These awards highlight the professionalism and enthusiasm of ING’s specialist teams. The efficiency of these teams is evaluated regularly through NPS (Net Promoter Score) customer satisfaction surveys.
