The Junior International Chamber (JCI) Luxembourg is holding the 11th annual CYEL 2017 gala event on Thursday 15 June at the Cercle Cité in Luxembourg-ville from 18:15; the finalists have been announced and registration is now open.

Launched in 2007 by the JCI in Luxembourg, the Creative Young Entrepreneur Luxembourg (CYEL) competition aims to promote entrepreneurship among young people between the ages of 18 and 40 and to reward innovative ideas from young entrepreneurs in Luxembourg.

At the Gala evening and prize-giving ceremony organised in the prestigious Cercle Cité in Luxembourg City, three companies (YOTAKO, LARGOWIND and JEMMIC) and their respective founders (Alfonso GARCIA FREY, Mathilde ARGAUD and Jean-Pierre SCHMIT) will be honoured.

The three finalists were selected from the ten dossiers invited to support their candidature on 1 June, after an initial selection of the best paper applications. The jury comprised Antoine HRON (LUXINNOVATION), Jean KALMES and Christophe NEY (BGL BNP PARIBAS), François-Xavier Borsi (KPMG), Melvin TJON AKON and Carolina VASSELLI (BONN STEICHEN & PARTNERS) and Julien BRUNEL, winner of the 2016 edition of CYEL with his company MILEPAKR.
