The Pfaffenthal lift in Luxembourg-ville will be closed for its regular maintenance work in the coming months.
Due to the monthly maintenance work required by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 25 October 1999 relating to passenger lifts, the Pfaffenthal lift will be closed to the public on the following dates from 09:00 until 17:45: 08/01/2018; 05/02/2018; 05/03/2018; 09/04/2018; 07/05/2018; 06/04/2018; 07/02/2018; 08/06/2018; 09/10/2018; 01/10/2018; 05/11/2018; 03/12/2018.
Moreover, in order to improve the service to users of the lift, the cityapp provides real-time information on the status of the lift, ie the usual opening hours (Monday to Sunday, 05:45-01:00) as well as a warning if the lift is closed for monthly maintenance work or decommissioned due to temporary technical problems.
