The Luxembourg Ministry of Economy is representing the Luxembourg tourism sector at this year’s international tourism fair ITB in Berlin, held from 7 to 11 March 2018.

Today and yesterday, the Secretary of State for the Economy, Francine Closener, attended the ITB fair in Berlin, where the Ministry of Economy is present with a stand promoting the tourist destination of the Luxembourg and offering a platform to its partners.

Organised each year, ITB is the flagship event of the global tourism industry, with some 10,000 exhibitors from more than 180 countries in a room covering 160,000m2. The Ministry of the Economy is traditionally present with a booth promoting Luxembourg, offering a B2B platform of choice and opportunities to contact its partners.

The partners of the Ministry of the Economy participating in ITB 2018 as part of the Luxembourg stand are: Luxembourg City Tourist Office, Mondorf Thermal Estate, Luxair Group, Clervaux Rent a City powered by Excellence Hotels, Regiotels, BBI - School for International Hospitality & Tourism Business Luxembourg, European Institute of Cultural Routes, City of Luxembourg and Urban Timetravel by Digital Devotion Group. During this event, the different actors will have the opportunity to maintain and establish professional contacts essential to the development of the tourism sector in Luxembourg.
