The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg, in partnership with Linklaters Luxembourg, are organising an Evening Business Event entitled “The Impact of Brexit on Customs/VAT” to take place on Wednesday 27 September 2017 at 18:00 at Linklaters Luxembourg (35 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg-Kirchberg).

As a result of the UK leaving the EU and the UK may no longer have full access to the European Single Market, the impacts on Customs and VAT must not be understated.

The conference speakers, Karine Bellony, Founder Partner at VAT Solutions, Michel Lambion, Director at Deloitte Tax & Consulting, and Guido De Wit, VAT Partner at Linklaters in Belgium and Luxembourg, are renowned specialists in Indirect Taxes, and will walk attendees through the possible consequences of Brexit in the field of Customs and VAT.

The speakers will seek to clarify the main issues that may be influenced and the practical changes this may affect businesses as well as individuals and British expatriates living in Luxembourg, as well as an overview of recent VAT changes in Luxembourg.

This will be followed by a panel discussion during which the speakers will be happy to answer questions from the audience.

The evening event will begin at 18:00 with registration. The conference is scheduled to begin at 18:15. To close the evening drinks and canapes will be provided and, as always, the opportunity to meet and discuss with fellow Chamber Members.

Client parking is available on site.

The cost of attending this event is: Sustaining Members, FREE, Business & Individual Members, €30 and Non-Members, €50. Registration online at www.bcc.lu
