MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour has announced the arrival of Régis Muller to its Employment, Pensions & Immigration Department.
Régis has joined MOLITOR as a counsel and he will contribute to strengthening the firm’s Employment team. He has 14 years’ experience and a long-standing record of representing and advising individuals and multinational groups in Luxembourg and abroad, in both transactional and litigation-related matters.
“Régis is a highly experienced employment lawyer and his broad commercial practice gives him a sound understanding of the full business cycle and our clients’ needs in a variety of matters such as dispute redundancies, immigration, work permits, pension rights and all types of labour issues, including also transfer of employment and social plans”, said Michel Molitor, Managing Partner. “More than ever, our clients are in need of knowledgeable and practical guidance from experienced lawyers like Régis. Régis is Avocat à la Cour and a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2003. He obtained his law degree from the University of Nancy and the University of Metz in France.
