MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour has announced the appointment of Augustin de Longeaux as partner.
Augustin studied law in Paris and Oxford and arrived at MOLITOR from the Luxembourg office of one of the “magic circle” firms. A highly-experienced investment funds lawyer, Augustin joined the firm effective 16 January 2017. This has increased the number of partners at MOLITOR to eight.
Augustin represents investment fund managers and financial institutions on legal and regulatory issues relating to fund structuring and the set-up of management companies and alternative investment fund managers. His practice has a particular focus on the formation of regulated and unregulated real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure funds.
