The partners of Elvinger Hoss Prussen are pleased to announce that Nathalie Prüm-Carré and Olivia Moessner have been made partners as of 1 February 2017.

Nathalie Prüm-Carré specialises in administrative law and litigation, particularly in urban planning law, environmental law and public procurement law. She is notably involved in the Luxembourg property sector; in particular, she assists professionals in the construction and urban development sector in all matters relating to urban planning law, from the start of the project up to any potential litigation stage, including the legal review of the various authorisations in the due diligence stage. She also advises on the various possibilities for structuring a building.

Nathalie was a member of the Montpellier and Paris Bars from 1988 until 1995. She became an avocat à la Cour of the Luxembourg Bar in June 1997. Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2009, Nathalie Prüm-Carré was a partner in another law firm in Luxembourg, heading the administrative litigation department.

Nathalie teaches inheritance law at the House of Training, formerly the IFBL (Institut de formation bancaire, Luxembourg), European environmental law and litigation of development planning at the University of Luxembourg as part of the Formation continue en aménagement du territoire programme (ongoing training in land management and planning programme).

Olivia Moessner’s practice concentrates on collective asset management and investment funds. Olivia advises a number of investment fund promoters and other financial institutions in relation to the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations. Her practice encompasses a broad range of investment funds (UCITS, UCIs, SIFs and RAIFs) implementing various investments strategies including hedge fund strategies.

Olivia is Member of numerous working groups of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) on various key European topics such as UCITS eligible assets, SFTR, ETFs, MIFID, PRIIPs, ELTIFs, money market funds and pension funds. Olivia is member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2001.
