On Thursday 29 June 2017, HRH Grand Duke Henri granted an audience to representatives from Rugby Europe and the Luxembourg Rugby Federation at the royal palace in Luxembourg city centre.
The Luxembourg Rugby Federation is organising the 41st annual Rugby Europe congress in Luxembourg from Wednesday 28 June to Saturday 1 July 2017.
Rugby Europe is a subsidiary of World Rugby and comprises European rugby-playing nations.
Those included in the audience included Octavian Morariu, President of Rugby Europe and member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Steve Karier, President of the Luxembourg Rugby Federation (FLR), as well as other members of Rugby Europe and FLR
