The Gaelic Sports Club Luxembourg (GSCL) has announced that they will be organising a Coaching Workshop at the Stade Michel Wagner in Weimerskirch this Sunday 17 July from 14:00 to 16:00.

With the support of the European County Board and the Leinster Council of the GAA, the GSCL is hosting Liah Lavin and Lisa Flynn, two final year students from the Bachelor of Arts Sport & Exercise at Carlow IT on a placement in Luxembourg. These experienced coaches will help attendees learn more about setting up simple GAA drills for both children and for adults.

In addition, the GSCL is holding a Youth Gaelic Games in Luxembourg at the Stade Michel Wagner in Weimerskirch on Week one (Wednesday 20 July to Friday 22 July) and Week two (Wednesday 27 July to Friday 29 July) in the afternoons from 14:00 - 16:30.

Following on the success of our Club na nÓg, the GSCL would like offer games to older children. Liah and Lisa, the two students on placement in Luxembourg, are experienced GAA coaches who have played Gaeilc Football at a high level for their club, their college and their county will introduce our games to players aged 14-18 in Luxembourg.
