On Monday morning, the Grand Ducal police were alerted to a person on a ledge of the roof of a building on the Rue de Hollerich in Luxemourg-gare.

The incident happened shortly after 08:30; members of the police and fire brigade services arrived on the scene quickly. They established that the person was confused and were able to encourage them to retreat from the side of the building.

The person in question was brought to hospitl for a check-up.
