Luxembourg's network rail service, CFL, has announced a progressive return to normal services for the Luxembourg to France route via Thionville, following last Tuesday's crash near Bettembourg.

For TGV passengers to Marseille and Montpellier, normal services departing from Luxembourg have resumed, as have the majority of departures for Paris-Est, except for the 06.05, which is replaced by a bus service to Thionville.

TGV departures from Thionville to Luxembourg originating in Paris-Est are being transferred to buses for the 09:45, 12:45 and 21:45 departures, as is the 23:35 train from Thionville to Luxembourg originating in Marseille.

For TER passengers, complimentary buses have been established for all services between 06:00 and 09:00 and then between 16:00 and 20:00.
