The Musée d’Art de la Ville de Luxembourg has announced its new one-day event “Art luxembourgeois” to take place on Saturday 12 November 2016 at Villa Vauban, starting at 10:00.

As part of its exhibition “Espaces d’artistes”, Villa Vauban invites the public to its one-day event completely dedicated to Luxembourgish art from the past 100 years.

Various speakers will be present at the event to allow visitors to discover the country’s history of artistic creation since the 1920s through short themed visits.

There will also be a round-table discussion entitled “De Projet vun enger Galerie nationale d’art luxembourgeois: Wéi eng Plaz fir Letzebuerger Konscht?” to close the day. This will begin at 17:00 at Luxembourg Art Week in Halle Victor Hugo, Limpertsberg.
