A blend of literature, food, wine and music is on the cards at the Rotondes with the fourth literary dinner hosted by the Pierre Werner Institute on 10 March. 

Dedicated to the Greater Region, the evening brings together four writers from three countries who will read excerpts from their detective novels all based around the theme of the Greater Region. Dinner will be served in between readings, and at the end of the meal the authors will be available for exchanges over a glass of wine. 

Hosted by Nathalie Bender, of Radio 100.7, this year’s authors are Sophie Loubière, a prize-winning writer whose numerous works have been translated into several languages, renowned German thriller writer Arno Strobel, Serge Basso de March of Luxembourg whose poetry has been translated into numerous other languages, and Enrico Lunghi, former director of MUDAM, whose works include texts devoted to the history of art, an autobiographical tale, an detective novels. 

The evening starts at 19:30 with a reading by Serge Basso and Enrico Lunghi, followed by the amuses bouches. Sophie Loubière will read at 20:00 followed by the starter, Arno Stroblel’s reading at 20:00, followed by a beef goulash with spätzle. Finally a dessert of tarte tatin will accompany a discussion led by Nathalie Bender.
