Actors Repertory Theatre Luxembourg is hosting a one-day Impulse Training workshop with Cologne actor, director, and acting, improv and comedy trainer / coach Hans Kieseier at the Théâtre National du Luxembourg (TNL)Atelier Space on 17 June.
Running from 10:00 to 18:00, the workshop will take participants through techniques to bring acting more alive through trusting impulses, leading to effortless reactions, whether physical, emotional or intellectual, and to “act without agony”.
Kieseier is a prominent figure in theatre in the Rhineland area of Germany and has worked extensively as an actor, director and trainer in theatre, improvisation and comedy for thirty-plus years both there and across Germany. He has performed, trained and taught in his native Germany, Canada, the UK and the US.
The workshop will be conducted in English and German and is open to ages 13 and up for a fee of €125 for seven hours. Enrolment is limited, applicants will need to register by email to Erik Abbott: ActorsRep.Erik@gmail.com
