Luxembourg city law firm, Arendt & Medernach has appointed ten new counsel and thirteen new senior associates in the firm.

The new senior associates for the bank lending and structured finance department are Laura Archange and Alexander Sokolov.

Bishr Shiblaq was made counsel for the Bank lending and structured finance - private wealth department

The capital markets department saw Caroline Motzer appointed counsel and Noémi Gémesi made senior associate.  

In corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, Juliette Feitler was made counsel and Fouzia Benyahia is now a senior associate. 

Sandrine Margetidis-Sigwalt is now counsel in dispute resolution and Alma Custovic is a senior associate. 

Anna-Sophie Ott is counsel with the employment law, pensions and benefits department. 

Thomas Evans is a senior associate in EU and competition law. 

In the investment management department, Elena Bassi and Piotr Giemza-Popowski are both now senior associates. 

In private equity & real estate Gregory Belrame and Maren Stadler-Tjan are now counsel and Dayana Bert, Georg Gerstberger, Brian Gillot and Philipp Metzschke are senior associates. 

In the tax law department, Anne-Julie Bellaize, Mehdi Fernane-Jallier and Vincent Mahler have been made associates, while Yves Philippart de Foy is now a senior associate.
