Linklaters LLP Luxembourg has announced a new series of promotions effective on 1 May.

Yuri Auffinger and Aurélie Clementz are now respectively consultants in the labour law and taxation departments.

Yuri joined Linklaters Luxembourg in 2014 and advises local and international clients on all aspects of labour law, such as pensions and benefits, wage policy and individual and collective dismissals.

Aurélie Clementz joined the firm in 2011, and has since advised clients on the tax structuring of real estate and private equity funds. She has extensive experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and the structuring of complex financial products.

Florence Forster and Laurence Ouverleaux will be managing associates in the corporate and mergers & acquisitions department.

Florence Forster joined Linklaters Luxembourg in 2011 and advises clients of the study on the setting up and management of holding vehicles and joint ventures, particularly for German language clients. 

Laurence Ouverleaux joined in 2014 and specialises in corporate and securities law. She advises clients on complex restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and IPOs.
