Luxembourg law firm, Arendt & Medernach, has announced the appointment of Marianne Rau as a partner in the firm acting in its dispute resolution, administrative law, property, construction & environment and private wealth departments.

Marianne Rau practices general commercial litigation and has experience in various sectors and fields, including complex litigation relating to commercial law and company law, including contractual disputes, transport, provision of goods and services, disputes between shareholders and between investors and collection of invoices.

She also advises in real estate and construction law on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development projects, lease and construction. She has experience in public law and regulation law and advises the financial, energy, telecoms and postal services sectors.

In addition, Marianne's expertise includes civil and inheritance law, and she assists clients in matters of inheritance and litigation between heirs.
