Luxembourg IT company, EBRC, has entered into an alliance with Strasbourg data management and digital services company, Digora, with the Luxembourg company taking a share in Digora alongside the company’s founders and managing partners.

The companies hope the alliance will allow them to consolidated and accelerate growth nationally and internationally, said Yves Reading, CEO of EBRC.

This strategic partnership will enable our two companies to establish a center of excellence and leading expertise in the field of sensitive data management internationally. Our common goal is our commitment to support the digital transformation projects of our European and international customers seeking to develop their activities in Europe." 

Jos Glod, Chairman of the Board of EBRC and Deputy Managing Director of POST Luxembourg affirmed the union's strength-building capacities. ”The EBRC - Digora project, targets the European digital market and will enable our group, the POST group, to strengthen its digital strategy on the international market, particularly in France. This project aligns perfectly with the group's strategy, which supports many transnational initiatives in the digital domain. It will reinforce our know-how in relation to our existing customers, but also allows us to attract and serve new and more demanding international clients," he said. 

The founders of Digora highlighted the quality support of Euro Capital since 2012, a private equity firm of the Banque Populaire Group.
