Following a request by Banco de Portugal, acting as the national resolution authority of Portugal, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has requested the suspension of the financial instruments issued by Novo Banco S.A. and NB Finance Ltd from trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with immediate effect as of this afternoon, in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of 13 July 2007 on markets in financial instruments until the market has been duly informed.
